My Good Night Formula is not working?
We recommend the following sleep tips in addition to taking our Good Night Formula.
- Take Good Night Formula at least one hour before going to bed.
- Make sure your bedroom is dark, cool and quiet.
- Don't eat large or spicy meals, or consume alcohol or caffeine right before bedtime.
- Make sure you are getting sunlight and exercise during the day.
- Keep electronics, especially with blue light emitting capabilities, like your cell phone, off or in a different room.
