My Good Night Formula is not working?

We recommend the following sleep tips in addition to taking our Good Night Formula.

  1. Take Good Night Formula at least one hour before going to bed.
  2. Make sure your bedroom is dark, cool and quiet.
  3. Don't eat large or spicy meals, or consume alcohol or caffeine right before bedtime.
  4. Make sure you are getting sunlight and exercise during the day.
  5. Keep electronics, especially with blue light emitting capabilities, like your cell phone, off or in a different room.
